Small Business Rate Relief Changes

It’s anticipated that the changes will benefit many businesses across the UK.

If the rateable value of a property is £12,000 or less, the business will receive a full rebate. A sliding scale then operates between £12,001 – £15,000 rateable value.

You currently have one month left to challenge current rates liability and potentially get a backdated refund.
