Sounds radical?  Remember rates are due to eventually fall to 17% anyway, so a further 2% reduction in the rate equates to substantially less than 1% of government revenues.  In our opinion Corporation Tax is so 20^th Century anyway – it doesn’t generate anywhere near enough revenue to justify the headlines, and receipts are puny compared to the ‘Big three’ of Income Tax, NIC and VAT.
