Kudocs is a pioneering legal tech SaaS platform that simplifies and streamlines company management for businesses and their advisers worldwide.

Designed to empower professional advisors who look after their client’s company secretarial (e.g. lawyers, accountants, fund administrators, corporate service providers, etc). Kudocs enables users to operate with greater confidence and effectiveness.

At Blu Sky, we were eager to implement a cost-effective software solution that streamlined processes, saved time, and reduced risk, so we made the switch to Kudocs last year.

The Kudocs team are currently expanding their global presence, progressing further through their scale up journey.

Tailored accounting support for a growing SaaS Company

For Kudocs, growth brought new challenges that required more comprehensive financial support. Kudocs’ founder, Oliver Stanley, needed a team that could match Kudocs’ ambition and handle its evolving needs, from payroll and reporting to R&D claims.

Seamless transition and improved processes

With our guidance, Kudocs switched from QuickBooks to Xero, a platform that has since become an integral part of their operations. Beyond facilitating the technical migration, we worked closely with Kudocs to establish efficient accounting processes.

“They didn’t just move us to Xero, they helped us establish robust processes that streamlined our operations.” Oliver explained.

“The transition to Xero was smooth, but it was the additional support around processes and reporting that made the biggest difference. Everything from invoicing to monthly reporting became easier and more efficient. It’s saved me time and improved the way we operate.”

Reliable R&D claims

By taking over much of the financial workload, including navigating and submitting R&D claims, we’ve freed up Oliver’s time to focus on strategic priorities.

“They’ve taken a massive load off my plate,” Oliver noted. “The quality of our reporting has improved and invoicing is easier. They’ve also been very helpful and  reliable with R&D claims, which can be tricky to navigate. Knowing that they’re handling it gives me peace of mind, and their proactive advice means I’m always ahead of the curve.”
