Initial consultation

We’ll start from the beginning. How did you start your business? What’s the journey so far? Where are you now? The first meeting or call is our chance to get to know you and how we can help. In this meeting we will explore:

Explain your pressing priorities. Are you struggling with cash flow? Do you know what invoices are due and when? Let’s tackle the big stuff as soon as possible.

Your business story, how you generate profit and allocate expenses. Is it working for you, and if not then why?

Tell us about the processes underlying your business. Do you have an accounting system that integrates with your inventory software? We want to know.

We want to understand the strategic supplier and customer contracts you have, so we can understand how you operate.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day business. Let’s look at where you want to be in a month, a quarter, and a year. What are your goals and vision for the future, and what do you want for your business?


We will send you a proposal

This proposal provides a clear outline of how we can help you. Whilst all businesses have the same requirements in terms of up to date and accurate books, timely tax payments etc, the quote we send will be specifically for your business. Please note that we have a fixed pricing policy. So, no need to fear telling us how much money you are (or aren’t) making!


Once we’re up and running…

Depending on the service level you have chosen, we’ll have agreed specific roles, responsibilities and deliverables. We’ll have a plan and will work with you to stick to it – let’s hold each other accountable. Regardless of our action plan, we’re always available for a chat. Phone us or drop your nominated contact an email. You’ll get a same day response – assuming you’ve contacted us before 4pm! If your contact is unavailable another member of their team will step in. We truly want to be seen as an extension of your team, so if you want responsiveness, Blu Sky’s for you.


Your Service

Your monthly package will include Management Information so you can continue making business decisions based off those numbers. Our Insights package gives commentary and direction on these numbers, and will also reconcile against forecasts or budgets if that option has been chosen. Your dedicated Account Manager will work to know your business inside and out, and will be supported by a small team who can take over in case of any absence. We want to be seen as part of your team, so regular contact is the norm.
